We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Bangkok. Our room was spacious and the staff were very helpful, especially in recommending local places to eat. Although the hotel is not located near a train station, Grab works well in getting around the city.

The hotel has excellent transportation options, with easy access to anywhere in the city via the nearby BTS Asok or MRT Sukhumvit stations. It is also conveniently located near major shopping malls and is right on the sky train route. The breakfast spread is excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay at this hotel - the staff, location, and amenities were all fantastic. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of two malls and the skytrain, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options including an egg-making station, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the room amenities including the air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and free toiletries. The swimming pool area was also a highlight, with sun loungers and a poolside snack bar.
Recommended for families - this venue has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is in a great location, near everything you need. It's convenient to be near Terminal 21 Mall, an unassuming store with lots of options. The bed in the room is comfortable and the bathroom is clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff is friendly and will help you with anything you need. The breakfast offers a lot of choices to satisfy every taste.
The view from the room could be better compared to some other hotels in the area.

The hotel had a delicious Indian restaurant that was pretty good. As a vegetarian, I was thrilled with the variety and quality of the Indian vegetarian options available. The breakfast also offered a good selection, including Indian veg options. the staff was quick to respond to any issues, such as a problem with the AC, and even gave us chocolates as an apology gesture.
The location of the hotel was a bit inconvenient due to the narrow streets and heavy traffic in Bangkok. It took longer to get to various places in the city because of this.

Comfortable bed and spacious room. Great variety of delicious food for buffet dinner and breakfast. Helpful staff offered free discounts. Conveniently located near malls, BTS stations, and restaurants. Nearby convenience store for basic necessities.
